STEPS IN REPORTING AND REMITTING UNCLAIMED PROPERTY TO FLORIDA
1.
Reporting Instruction Manual
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED you review the State of Florida's requirements.
It provides property types, due diligence requirements, report due dates, dormancy periods, etc.
2.
Florida Assigned Unclaimed Property Identification Numbers (UPID).
You must have a UPID number for each report to be submitted. If you do not know the number, or if you need one, click the link above for instructions.
3.
REGISTER
to use the online system.
4.
Prepare the Unclaimed Property Report
in required format.
5.
Submit Report/Remittance
through the Holder Reporting Online System,
including ZERO Reports.
